De competitie, die open staat voor koeienmelkers vanaf 14 jaar, zowel vrouwen als mannen, wordt gehouden in Malonno (Brescia) op zondag 16 october 2016. De kampioen is diegene die in twee minuten tijd de meeste melk melkt (het huidige record staat op 8,7 liter).
De eerste prijs is 3.500 euro (in waarde bonnen) en de gouden emmer.

DIE ORDNUNG
1. Die Gemeinde von Malonno (Bergamo), Der “San Matteo” Verein “Tre Si- gnorie” aus Branzi und der Fürst von Orobie Käse organisieren die zweite Handmelk- Weltmeisterschaft von Kühen am 16. Oktober 2016 in Malonno. Das Ereignis ist Teil des Projekt “Die Formen - Bergamo als europäischen Hauptstadt der Käse”.
2. Die Teilnahme ist frei, ab 14 Jahren. Die minderjährigen Teilnehmer müssen bei einem Mündige begleiten sein, der die Verantwortung der Beteiligung verantwortet.
3. Die Beteiligten müssen jede beliebige Züchtung Kuh, zum Spiel- feld mitbringen, mit der sie sich im Wettstreit versuchen möchten. Die ausländischen Beteiligten können den Wettstreit auch mit einer Kuh bestreiten, die von der Organisation zur Verfügung aufgrund die Verfügbarkeit der Tieren gestellt wird. Die saugende Konkurrenten, die im Mittel und Süd Italien wohnen, können dagegen mit der Or- ganisation Kontakt aufnehmen, um eine Kuh durch die örtliche Vieh- züchter Unternehmen zu haben.
4. Für den Fall, dass die Zahl der bodenständigen Konkurrenten (aus Bergamo und Lombardei) hoch ist, kann eine einleitende Auswahl not- wendig sein: die Zeiten und die Ausführungsart werden aus der Orga- nisation mitteilen. Die erste fünf eigestuft im 2015 Meisterschaft sind von der Auswahl befreit: für den Fall, dass sie sich eintragen, werden sie den Wettstreit rechtens zulassen.
5. Die Organisation sich bemühen, den Konkurrenten, die außerhalb Lombardei oder fern wohnen und zwei oder drei Tagen vor dem Ereignis ankommen brauchen, die Halteviehställe zur Verfügung zu stellen. Bitte kontaktieren die Organisation für die Verfügbarkeit.
6. Der Wettstreit wird in dem Park in Malonno erfolgen. Die Ankunftszeit der Tiere zum Streitfeld ist binnen 7 Uhr vorausgesehen.
7. Jeder Beteiligte muss eine Fussbank und einen Melkeimer (Auf Mundart: „scagn“) mitbringen. Zwei Minuten Zeit, die aus dem Kampf- gericht hingewiesen werden, werden gegeben, um die Kuh Zitte vorzu- bereiten. Dann werden noch zwei genauen Minuten für den Wettstreit gegeben, wo den Konkurrent die möglichste Milch Menge melken muss. Die Meisterschaft wird in einem einzigen Wettstreit ermittelt.
8. Es ist keinerlei pharmakologische Behandlung der Tiere erlaubt, die die Melk-Leistung verbessern könnte. Eine Stunde vor der Wettstreit werden die Kühe von den dazugehörigen Konkurrent abgeschnitten.
9. Jede Melk Technik, die nur die bloßen Hände verwendet, ist erlaubt. 10. Der Wettbewerbsteilnehmer, der nach dem Haltebefehl des Kampf-
gerichts fortsetzt, zu melken wird disqualifiziert. Jedes Benehmen, das das Kampfgericht als inkorrekt betrachtet, wird die Ausscheidung des Teilnehmer zur Folge haben.
11. Die Rangfolge wird anhand der Menge der gemolkenen Milch, die in zwei Minuten abgefasst wurde ( es wird in Liter und Bruch gerechnet), ermittelt. Im Falle, eines Unentschiedens werden zwei Sieger gekrönt und wird den Gewinn gerecht aufgeteilt.
12. Der Organisations - Ausschuss lehnt jegliche Verantwortung für eventuellen Schaden, die aus dem anwesenden Tierbestand verursacht wird, ab.
13. Die in der Wettstreitzone ausgestellten Tiere müssen die Gesund- heitszertifizierung entsprechend der geltenden Bestimmungen haben: die integrierte Vorlage Nummer 4 (der Zuschlag der Viehzucht von der Tuberkulose, Brucellose und Tierleukose) und Negativität der In- fektiöse Bovine Rhinotracheitis (IBR) der Tuberkulose, die nicht älter als 30 Tagen vor dem Weetstreit sein muss.
14. Der Gewinner wird einen 3.500 € Wertschein und den „Secchio d’oro“ (Den goldene Melkeimer) bekommen. Der goldene Melkeimer ist ein künstlerisch gestalteter Eimer, der der Ausschuss- Organisation ei- nen Monat vor der nächsten Veranstaltung der Meisterschaft zurückge- geben werden muss, sodass der Eimer wieder vergeben werden kann. Der Eimer wird nach drei gewonnen Meisterschaften beim Gewinner verbleiben. Man wird Wertscheine auch dem zweiten und dritten klas- sifizierten und der erste Frau zuweisen.
15. Die Einschreibungen sollten binnen 17. September 2016 ankommen. Die Ausschuss- Organisation kann, als unanfechtbares Urteil, bei we- niger als 56 Einschreibungen, neue Einschreibungen nach dieser Ver- fallszeit zulassen. Der Einschreibungspreis ist 30 Euro und muss am Veranstaltungstag eingezahlt werden.
16. Der derzeitige Handmelk- Rekord dieser Weltmeisterschaft liegt bei 8,779 Litern in zwei Minuten und ist während der erste Edition von Gi- anmario Ghirardi aus Malonno (Brescia) gelaufen worden.

Place and date
On the 16th of October 2016, the association “The Tre Signorie” of Branzi (Bergamo) organizes in Malonno (Brescia) a the third edition of the “World cow hand-milking championship”.
Who can participate
The application is opened to anyone older than 14 years old. For who is underage, they must be accompanied by an adult who will take the total responsibility.
Rules
All the participants must bring, on their own, the cow they want to race with, any kind of cow breed is allowed. Regarding the foreigner participants, according to the cows availability, the organization can provide them one. The participants coming form the Centre-South of Italy can arrange with the Association in order to lend a cow from the local farmers.
If the are too many local participants (coming from the Bergamo area and the Lombardy region), there might be for them a preliminary entry test: time and place is to be communicatedby the Association.
The first five milkers ranked in the 2015 championship are excluded from this entry examination and they will be automatically admitted to the race.
To the participants that come from outside the Lombardy region or far from the location of the race that need to get on the location of the race two or three days before, the Association is willing to offer stables for their cows. If you are interested, contact the Association.
Where it will take place
The race will take place on the field of the Fienili area, at Malonno (Brescia). The arrival time of the animals on the field is at 7 o’clock.
Each participant must provide its own sit (“scagn”) and milking bucket. The jury will give them two minutes for the preparation of the cow, so that it can relax before the milking process, then other two minutes for the race. In these two minutes each participant must milk as much milk as he/she can. The participants have only one try.
Any kind of pharmaceutical treatment, done to increase the animals’ performance, is strictly forbidden. One hour before the race, the cows will be separated from their own milker.
Concerning the milking process, any kind of technique is allowed as long as only bare hands are used.
The participants who will continue milking after the stop signof the jury will be eliminated from the competition. Anyparticipant who will have any kind of unfair behavior will be eliminated as well.
The results will show at the top the participant who milked the highest quantity in two minutes (calculated in liters and fractions of a liter). In case of a tie, the title will be shared and the prize equally divided.
The organization declines all responsibility for damage topersons or things procured by the animals participating in the event, in particular also regarding the animals given to theparticipants for the race.
Animal health certification
The animals that will take part in the race must have their own health certificate in accordance with the regulations: model 4 integrated (breeding indemnity from tuberculosis, brucellosisand leucosis) and negative test to Ibr and tuberculosis, done at most 30 days before the race.
Prize
The winner will receive a coupon of the value of 3.500 euros and the “golden bucket”, an artistic bucket that must be given back to the organization one month before the following Championship in order to give it to the next winner. This special bucket will become of the property of the winner only after three victories. There will be prizes also for the second and third place and for the first woman classified. The prizes are as well coupons.
Inscriptions
The application deadline is on the 17th of September 2016. If the number of the applications is less than 56, the association can, at its own discretion, allow further applications even after the indicated date. The current world record is 8,779 liters milked in two minutes, this was held in the first edition by Gianmario Ghirardi of Malonno (Brescia).

L'Associazione Le Tre Signorie di Branzi (Bergamo) organizza il 16 ottobre 2016, a Malonno (Brescia) - Italia, la terza edizione del “Campionato del mondo di mungitura a mano di vacche”.
Chi può partecipare
La partecipazione è libera, dai 14 anni di età. I concorrenti minorenni dovranno essere accompagnati da maggiorenne che assumerà la responsabilità della partecipazione.
Regolamento
I concorrenti dovranno provvedere a portare sul campo di gara la vacca, di qualsiasi razza, con cui intendono cimentarsi nella prova. I concorrenti di nazionalità straniera potranno chiedere di effettuare la gara su una vacca fornita dall'organizzazione, compatibilmente con la disponibilità di animali. Gli aspiranti concorrenti residenti nel Centro e Sud Italia, invece, potranno prendere contatto con l'organizzazione per poter disporre di una vacca tramite aziende zootecniche locali.
In caso di numero elevato di concorrenti locali (Bergamo e Lombardia), potrebbe rendersi necessaria una selezione preliminare degli stessi: tempi e modalità saranno comunicati dall'organizzazione. Sono esclusi da tale selezione i primi cinque classificati dell'edizione 2015 del campionato: in caso di iscrizione saranno ammessi di diritto alla gara.
Ai concorrenti, in gara con la propria vacca, residenti fuori Lombardia o comunque provenienti da molto distante, che necessitano di arrivare nei pressi del campo gara due o tre giorni prima dell'evento, l'organizzazione si impegna a mettere a disposizione stalle di sosta. Dove si disputerà la gara
La gara si disputerà a Malonno (Brescia). L'arrivo degli animali sul campo gara è previsto entro le 7.
Ogni concorrente dovrà fornirsi di sgabello (scagn) e secchio per la mungitura. Verranno dati circa due minuti di tempo, segnalati dalla giuria, per la “messa a latte”, quindi altri due minuti esatti per la prova, durante i quali, il concorrente dovrà mungere più quantità di latte possibile. Il campionato si svolgerà in un'unica prova.
Non è consentito alcun trattamento farmacologico sugli animali, finalizzato a migliorare la performance di mungitura. Un'ora prima della prova le vacche saranno isolate dai rispettivi concorrenti.
Per la mungitura è consentita qualsiasi tecnica che utilizzi le sole mani nude.
Il concorrente che continuerà a mungere latte dopo lo stop della giuria verrà eliminato. Ogni comportamento ritenuto scorretto dalla giuria comporterà l'eliminazione del concorrente.
La graduatoria verrà stilata in base alla quantità maggiore di latte munto nei due minuti (calcolata in litri e frazioni di litro). In caso di parità il titolo sarà doppio e il premio suddiviso equamente.
L'organizzazione declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni avuti o procurati dal bestiame presente alla manifestazione, in particolare dagli animali forniti ai concorrenti privi di un proprio capo.
Certificazioni sanitarie animali
Gli animali esposti nell'area gara dovranno essere accompagnati da certificazione sanitaria conforme alla normativa: modello 4 integrato (indennità dell'allevamento da tubercolosi, brucellosi e leucosi) e negatività all'Ibr e alla tubercolosi non anteriore a 30 giorni la data della gara.
Premio
Al vincitore andranno un buono del valore minimo di 3.500 euro e il “Secchio d'oro”, artistico secchio che dovrà essere restituito all'organizzazione un mese prima della successiva edizione del campionato, per essere di nuovo messo in palio. Resterà proprietà del vincitore solo dopo tre campionati vinti. Premi saranno assegnati anche al secondo e terzo classificato e alla prima donna. I premi sono espressi in “buono valore”.
Iscrizioni
Le iscrizioni dovranno pervenire entro il 17 settembre 2016. L'organizzazione in presenza di un numero di iscrizioni inferiore a 56, potrà, a proprio insindacabile giudizio, ammettere nuove iscrizioni anche dopo tale termine. Il costo di partecipazione è fissato in 30 euro.
